These Terms are an agreement between you and Quantum Rise Consulting LLC ("Zulpha", "we", "us") governing your use of the Zulpha app and services. By creating an account you accept these Terms.
1. Who can use Zulpha
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to marry, and seeking marriage in good faith. One account per person. You must provide accurate information about yourself.
2. What Zulpha is
Zulpha is an Islamic matrimonial service that helps Muslims find a spouse, with features such as faith-based matching, Halal Mode, a Wali/Family Panel, voice-first introductions, profile verification, and Islamic guidance content. Zulpha is not a casual dating service.
3. Your conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, deceive, defraud or impersonate anyone.
- Post nudity, sexual content, hate speech, violent content, or anything unlawful.
- Use Zulpha for commercial solicitation, spam, or to promote other services.
- Upload photos of other people as your own, or create fake profiles.
- Share another user's private information, photos or messages outside the app.
- Attempt to bypass security, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, audio, video and text you upload. You grant us a licence to host, store and display that content for the purpose of operating Zulpha, including showing it to other users as your settings allow. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
- Zulpha offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Gold and Platinum) and one-time purchases such as Boosts, Salam Cards and Firasa reads.
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Purchases are handled by the app stores; refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's policies.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
6. Firasa, Mahr Calculator and AI guidance
Firasa readings, compatibility scores, the Mahr Calculator and "Ask the Mufti" answers are informational and AI-generated. They are indicative only. They are not a fatwa, not legal or financial advice, and they do not replace istikhara, a qualified scholar, or your family's judgement.
7. No guarantee of outcome
We do not promise that you will find a match or a spouse. We do not conduct criminal background checks on users. Verification badges indicate that certain checks were completed, not that a person is safe or truthful. Use your judgement, involve your Wali or family, and meet safely.
8. Suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that put other users at risk.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Zulpha is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of other users, whether online or offline. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use Zulpha after the changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Quantum Rise Consulting LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
